How to make a subdomain for web site? Do I need to buy another domain and attach it or what?
And how to post information on this subdomain? a folder with a subdomain will be created on the hosting and everything I need will be uploaded there as a separate web site?

Go to web hosting admin panel - find the "domains" section and the "subdomains" subsection and create as many as you want. for example, if you have a website - site.com - You can create an unlimited number of subdomains of the type: domain1.site.com , domain2.site.com and so on.
You don't need to buy anything, the main thing is that the main domain is created.

If you have a virtual hosting, then first you need to find out whether your tariff plan allows you to place subdomains, such information is often indicated on the order page, in this case they write either the available number of subdomains, or the total number of domains together with subdomains.
Domains are created through a control panel like cPanel or whatever you have there. If there is no control panel, then everything is a little more complicated here.

If you are new to creating subdomains, then I recommend that you do the following. In order to create a subdomain on your own, you need to: go to the hosting control panel, select the "WWW-domains" section, set the "Create" parameter. After that, you will have access to the WWW-domain creation panel, where you can create a subdomain simply by entering its name.

I have the following question, there is a main site on wp and I need a separate page with its own separate structure (theme)with its own separate theme, but this page should be part of the main site,
so I think you need to create a separate site on a subdomain, but how to combine the menu of the main site with the menu of the site on the subdomain, i.e. by clicking on the menu section of the main site, I got to the site page on the subdomain and, if necessary, back.
