Title: Domain Financing
Post by: titris on Jun 21, 2022, 12:46 PM
I got an e-mail last week from a company name intelend.com that said they pay advances against "premium domains." Sounds like a domain pawnshop.

Anyone tried them?

I used them once and it wasnt to bad. If you do decide to use them just remember its 5% a month on the balance owed minimum two months, money can only be sent in either direction through wire (which you have to cover the fees for) or through regular mail.
If your going to use escrow to purchase a name then you have to cover the regular fees on top of what it costs for them to wire the money to escrow.

I've never heard about them. I went to the site, and there was some nonsense. I don't think this is a serious business.
