Hey forum members,
I hope someone can give me some advice. I have a problem with PorkBun. I am using a VPN hosted on Linode to access PorkBun, with the IP address of my VPN displayed in white in PorkBun, as I have dynamic IP addresses assigned to my ISP.

It worked fine until recently, but it looks like PorkBun decided to block the IP addresses of Linode hosts.I guess this reduces the bot traffic coming from the hosting provider.
Now I can't access their website from my white IP address. And if I try another IP, it won't let me log in. I tried to contact customer support. But I wonder if they will respond to my letter.
Any suggestions to fix this problem?

Why do you think they won't respond to your letter? I think it's better to send without VPN to or use another email address to explain the situation.
Although it is not difficult to send emails, But you can always call them.

By the way, thanks for the topic, I always think about starting using a static IP address via VPN, your experience will increase the disadvantages of using one or the other.

PorkBun  registrar is indeed on the list of ICANN accredited registrars.

That is, if anything, it will be possible to solve the problem if this porkbun.com suddenly it will disappear into nowhere.
In any case, this does not say anything about the level of their support and the speed of solving current problems.

But if some serious "boiling", then you will stay with the domain if you are registered to a real person.
