It is necessary to test the server  loading, using the tcp protocol, preferably with several ports at once. Maybe someone knows such software?
Simulation of a DDoS attack generally.
I found options on the web, but they all work with only one port.

Real attacks differ greatly from such tests.
Make a competent configuration of iptables. And then, if necessary, use Cloudflare.
It is impossible to reinvent the wheel without good experience and resources.

I agree, in such cases it is better to try using Cloudflare. It loads very quickly and does not hang, which is very convenient. And if you also do the setup correctly, then I think the problem will be quickly fixed.

Iperf3 is a cross—platform console client-server program that generates TCP and UDP traffic for testing network bandwidth.
With its help, it is quite simple to measure the maximum network bandwidth between web server and the client and conduct load testing of the communication channel.
You can download iperf3 from the site https://iperf .fr/iperf-download
Versions of the utility are available for download for different operating systems (Windows, macOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Mint, Fedora, Red Hat, CentOS, openSUSE, Arch Linux, FreeBSD).

For Android mobile devices, you can use the Magic iPerf including iPerf3 application.
To perform testing, the program must be run on two devices (these can be computers, smartphones, tablets). One of them will act as a web server, and the other as a client. Data will be transferred between them to measure the bandwidth of the connection.
