The following section was added to the forum rules:

IV. Linking and Signatures

      1. If you have less than 10 posts, your links will be shown as plain text (eg newbielink:http://dnray.com [nonactive]) .
      2. Having 10-20 posts will produce "nofollow" links (eg Hosting & Domaining Forum [nofollow]).
      3. After 20 posts, your links will get "dofollow" attribute.
