I know the limitations of the free host, but since it's just for job hunting and I won't have many visitors and it's just light html+css+js website.

Which is the most secure and reliable web host you advise?

Not sure if you are still looking or found an option.
However there are many companies offering free hosting out there. Many here online on WHT. Try a few out or reach out to them to see if they offer what you are looking for. Best of luck with your job hunt!

To search for a job, I advise you to use hosting with as few advertisements as possible on the page. The first thing that comes to mind is Awardspace, which I think is perfect: no ads + PHP and MySQL support. What else do you need to get started? ::)

Thanks, will have to try.
Does it support advanced DNS management in the free version,
custom records: A, MX, CNAME, TXT, index of domain redirects, forwards and parkings, SSL certificate? Or will you have to pay extra for it?
Are there any restrictions on the number of requests to MySQL, restrictions on SMTP?

Ucoz is not just a web site builder. It allows you to create landing pages, online stores and other resources. And then helps to place them on their own servers.

There are limitations in the free version:

you can't store a site larger than 400 MB;
you cannot create an online store.
To register, you need to specify an email address, or use an account in  Google or Facebook*.

Of the minuses, users note the work of support. On a free tariff, she works on requests and responds with template phrases. The web site will also be deleted if it does not have a single visitor within 40 days.

Features and Compatibility:

10 GB of SSD space, 1 GB of MySQL database, 10 GB of mail.

The bandwidth is 250 MB.

CDN site accelerator.

PHP 5.3 to 8.1, Perl, Python, phpMyAdmin, ASP.NET 3.5 / 4.5.

British web hosting with favorable conditions: speeds up web pages, connects SSL and allows monetization.

It's cool that the service supports green energy: all the company's servers are powered by renewable energy sources. But the downside is that the service does not provide free domain namess. You will have to buy or link an existing one.

To register in the service, you need to specify an email and a phone number.

Characteristics and compatibility:

10 GB of disk space, unlimited bandwidth.

1 hosted site, 1 email account, 1 MySQL database.

Works with Linux, Apache, PHP 7, phpMyAdmin, MySQL.

Completely free web hosting, but with its own list of endless restrictions. I will not list all of them, but you should not violate at least these points:

you cannot distribute fraudulent materials;
you cannot publish plagiarism;
hosting cannot be used as storage or a p2p network;
you cannot offer HTTP downloads from the web site, except in cases where the files are directly related to the subject of the resource;
you cannot discredit other people, insult, threaten or otherwise violate the law.
To register, you need to specify an email and a phone number. Do not forget to click the check mark next to "none" in the payment methods — so you do not have to specify the card number.

I also thought about it, I also want to post my portfolio. So far from what I found - and But I haven't tried them in the case yet, I hope there are no ads there. In general, I decided that I would upload my portfolio to Github - at least, the link will already open.
