The domain in the zone .org wanted to transfer to another registrar. It is located at positive.name.
The panel address is now uk2.positive.name.
In the control panel of the domain has a code, but it is not valid, when you try to generate another code - error.
At uk2.positive.name there is only an email to contact the "personal manager" - no answer.
There is a HELP button that leads to positive.name. Sent a feedback form - no response.
What kind of company is this and what to do with this problem?

This is part of the ru-tld group, there should be no problems with technical support there.
It looks very suspicious. I would check with the owner on domenforum.net.

The text of the error says it all.
The new code should be from 8 to 32 characters and include:
- one or more digits;
- one or more letters in upper case and one or more in lower case
- at least one non-alphanumeric character (may be exclamation marks, special characters, etc.)

Do you mean that the code generated by the panel is not known to work, as it does not meet these criteria and I have to create it manually?
Did I get it right?

Yes, this is the case, just add some character to the existing code and save it. I would add a question mark. Well, or a slash.
I've already had several services require me to upgrade old passwords this way.

In general, nothing worked with the transfer. I had to extend the domain and that's all.
Disturbing is that no one told me and did not respond, although I wrote from the mail to which he registered an account.

Complaint to ICANN, after that usually very quickly get in touch and give the code. In any case, there is something wrong with the registrar, you need to save the domain!

What didn't work out?
The question, properly posed, is 50% of the answer.

Absolutely, completely useless, unnecessary organization that does nothing about complaints. IMHO.

It is necessary to read carefully what is written in the logs, look at the error codes, rather than panic, "oh, all gone!",
and then there will be no need to write a complaint.
