There is a site in the zone com at the registrar webnicks.com, but there are constantly problems with it:
1) I can only get to webnicks.com now through VPN or TOR;
2) The site itself is not working and redirect to https://r2cp.supersite2.srsportal.com is not the first year
3) Support is only by email, and doesn't answer for a long time.
It's time to go away. Where to?

There are more than a lot of .com registrars :) Choose one for your needs.

Personally, I like dynadot.com. Accredited American registrar, prices are normal, there are free DNS, redirects, etc. Pay by Bankcard, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
Webmoney, QIWI, and other - do not take.

And how they have multi-language support? How quickly respond?
What do they do not like Webmoney? - They also need verification for a purse in dollars.

Yes, they are good in this regard. I should say that they also reply to my request a couple of years ago. The question, in general, was minor, you could not write.
Multilingualism flaunted, as in practice - do not know. Normal support.

Yes, I heard about another problematic one - positive_name. They say - there all is bad.

This is one of the resellers PublicDomainRegistry.com, so you can push to any other reseller of the same PublicDomainRegistry.com (or otherwise Resellerclub.com) to transfer the domain. Push, as opposed to transfer between registrars is free. If the domain in the international zone, you can transfer to another registrar, but with payment (for domain renewal for another year).

Or rather, this payment is not for domain renewal for another year, and the payment of the transfer itself.
Domain renewal at the time of the transfer is automatic.

Look at namecheap.com, and pay special attention to the terms and conditions of the transfer.

Thank you, I have paid attention. I think maybe at the same time and change the hosting?
My target audience is Europe. What do you think, who should look at?

It seems that those guys with the hosting is not bad.
But if Europe, it's probably - Hetzner. There's both regular hosting and VPS, and other "pluses".

The leader of the domaining market is the Chinese company ENAME with a net profit of 100 thousand US dollars.
Today, the average cost of hosting for this company as of September 20th, 2010 is about $ 15 (the company's price list shows average prices from $ 12 to $ 47, depending on the domain zone). The company is particularly active with the .cn (China) zone, and there are about 170 thousand registered unique names. ENAME is not included in the rating of leading companies by the number of registered domains.
The number of sites requesting hosting services to host a website in China is steadily growing. The third place in the sale of hosting is also occupied by the company "Made in China" - HICHINA.com with net profit figures of about 45 thousand dollars and with more than a million registered sites. Among the top fifteen positions in this ranking there are three more Chinese companies with a combined net profit of about 30 thousand dollars. With their help, about 600,000 sites received hosting services.

The second place in the ranking of domain registrar companies by the main activity of companies, that is, by domain registration, and the fifth in terms of profit from the sale of hosting is occupied by the provider ENOM – again an American company. The number of domains registered by the company has reached 9 million by now, and ENOM's market share is about 9%.

The third place in the number of registered domain names and the fourth in the sale of hosting is occupied by the Canadian hosting company TUCOWS, beloved by Internet users for the catalog of free and "trial" software.
The number of domains from TUCOWS has exceeded 8 and a half million, and the company's market share is 6.5%.

In fourth place, the Americans – NETWORK SOLUTIONS - are again following the Canadians. Having reached the figure of 6.8 million registered domains, this company remains ahead of the German SCHLUD +PARTNER, which is in fifth place.
The share of SCHLUD+PARTNER in the market is 4.3%, and the number of registered domain names is approaching five million (4.9).

In sixth place is the Australian MELBOURNE IT. The company has 4.8 million domains and 3.5 percent occupied in the registration services market segment.
