For the most part, HostXnow provides reliable hosting services, and I have decided to continue using them.
 However, over the past six months, there have been several instances of disconnection from the server in Montreal for extended periods. Despite that, the hosting service is efficient with minimal resource usage.

Their customer support is exceptional as well. I have given them a three-star rating for "reliability," but I believe that they have resolved all the problems, and there will be no further downtime.
