Overall this is a reliable company which has been in business for over 5 years and have thousands of satisfied companies. They had some issue some weeks ago which was debated on WHT, with some of their VPS being hacked and them not been able to recover backups, but I believe this was a one time event, which can happen with any host, and that you should be fine using them.
