In order to sell my domain through Telderi, I am required to verify ownership by registering TXT dns records. As my domain is parked at domainparking, the question arises - how can I register these records with Domainparking?

Previously, Telderi did not need to wait for verification keys before proceeding with their business of accepting payments, confirming the transaction with the buyer, and releasing the funds. However, now it seems they have implemented a new procedure that requires additional steps.

This change can be seen as unnecessary, especially if many successful transactions have been conducted without this protocol. In order to make use of this new system, two requirements must be fulfilled: 1) all domain names must be linked to some form of hosting, either through registration or additional payment, and 2) each of the thousands of domain names must have A-record settings registered.

Although this may seem like a complicated process, bulk transfer of domains between parking lots can still be achieved through changing the DNS at once for all domains in a single group operation.

To add or check a TXT record, there are a few methods available, including through the advanced DNS editor or cPanel web hosting control panel. For those using a "Virtual server" without a control panel or only have a domain without a website hosting service, we will explore how to use the advanced DNS editor.

First, log in to the user's personal account and navigate to the "Domains" tab. From there, select "Advanced DNS Editor" from the drop-down list and click on the "Add new Zone" button.

A pop-up window will appear with fields for the "Domain (zone name)" and "IP address". Enter the domain name in the first field and either the IP address 127.0.0.1 or one provided by a third-party provider in the second field. After filling out the fields, click "Add zone".

Finally, locate and open the zone you just created to add the desired TXT record. This can be achieved through following the specific guidelines and protocols laid out by your DNS provider.

If your domain is parked at Domainparking, you can register the required TXT dns records by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Domainparking account and navigate to the domain management section.
2. Look for the option to manage DNS settings or DNS records for the specific domain you want to sell.
3. Once you've accessed the DNS management interface, locate the option to add new records. This may be under a tab such as "Advanced DNS settings" or "Custom DNS records."
4. Choose "TXT" as the type of record you want to add.
5. Enter the verification code or token provided by Telderi in the "Value" or "Data" field.
6. Save the new TXT record.

It's important to note that DNS settings and interface may differ slightly depending on the domain parking service provider, so if you encounter any difficulties, I'd recommend reaching out to Domainparking's support team for specific guidance on adding TXT dns records. Once the records are added, Telderi will be able to verify your ownership, and you can proceed with selling your domain through their platform.
