I am new to the SEO, I need to do a site promotion with legal services.

1) I looked at competitors in the tops. Services are divided by areas/pages (housing disputes, labor legal, accident lawyer, etc.).
What is remarkable, when you go to the page with a service description, there is a short description, a listing of the services provided (drawing up a contract, registering housing, ...), contacts for communication.
Optimized meta tags and H1. Didn't see the optimized article. When I studied using different materials, the following logic was given everywhere: drawing up a structure, parsing, clustering, technical specifications for writing a main page. How to be in the legal field, tell me? I did not see original landing pages from contestants.

2) How to parse in low topics? Here, for example, there are basic requests: a general page, a page on housing disputes, on labor law, etc. Separately, for all pages, I collect leading queries and scab in groups, do I understand correctly?
That is, for each section there will be many starting phrases-synonyms

That is, for a common page, these will be combinations of the following two groups of words:

- Lawyer, advocate, legal, juridical, rights,

- help, service, consultation, office, company, support, prices, cost, price, how much, service

I do the same thing separately for each segment, right?

Then I set up direct and looked at the results. The results sucked .

Make a special section on the website dedicated to questions and answers to them. We conclude that the number of people making requests like "how to issue a donation agreement" or "template for an appeal application" is quite large. This fact suggests that the site simply needs a section where specialists will answer the most frequently asked legal questions, as well as contract templates and application forms.
Such sections may not bring profit to the company at the first stage, but they can give a so–called "delayed effect" - people will remember that they saw competent information on this site, and if there is a need for paid consultation or provision of services, they will most likely choose this organization.

The undoubted advantage is the availability of a large number of services. Practice shows that narrowly focused sites take an order of magnitude longer to promote and are more expensive for the client.
The fact is that search engines "catch" the relationship between different user requests, and if a site contains a large number of such requests (and, accordingly, sections of website), then its chances of effective promotion increase significantly.

The presence of a large number of specialists also has a positive effect on the promotion of the resource as a whole. It is welcome when several lawyers are represented on website, including when each of them specializes in some particular area.
The presence of contact information of each specialist, at least a brief biography, a list of successfully completed cases, and a photo also inspires confidence. Personal data is known to inspire confidence.

Convenience and functionality. The visitor should quickly and easily find the information or service he needs. A clear structure of web site, the ability to quickly move from one section to another (including by linking), access to contacts – all this leads to high results in promotion.

The image of the company. The presence of letters of thanks, certificates, positive reviews from a variety of clients (both individuals and legal entities).
This factor once again speaks in favor of the company, confirming that it can be trusted (here the following logical chain works: "If dozens of companies and hundreds of people have already been helped, then they will help me").

The information contained on the website should be useful. At the same time, it is desirable that the volume of texts is not large. Brevity, conciseness and accessibility of information are the main criteria for a successful text.

The compliance of the site with these requirements will allow not only to occupy high positions in the search results, but also to convert site visitors into customers well.
