Hello everyone,

I would like to know how to order SEO texts that are properly optimized for my website. I am currently taking orders and my team is doing a good job, but I feel like there is room for improvement.

I have heard of people ordering texts in specific formats which include headings, keywords, descriptions, emphasis, titles, and keyword density. Could someone explain how they go about ordering such texts? And perhaps provide some examples?

I can manage with a dozen pages, but when it comes to multiple stores, I think an automated system would be necessary.

There are various websites, such as WorkHard, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, UpWork, and Guru, where writers can write in any style that you want. The key is to know the price beforehand.

Although some writers may have good reviews and experience on these websites, they may not necessarily be skilled in writing with keywords. It's important to be aware of this while choosing a writer.

Now I see the problem: that just copywriters need to put a normal terms of reference, give a framework in which they would work, that's what forms to make, right?

Why for the online store to twist so, if we are talking about a thousand products (for example).
  • Enough h1.
  • It's enough a unique title for each page.
  • Enough of the description type for each page.
  • Keywords don't.

  • Some minimal descriptive part.
  • Material, size, color.

  • A block "See also" and / or "with this buy.

And for the categories of products can order a normal text box and then bring it to mind.

As a writer, it is not typically their responsibility to handle tasks such as working with keywords and titles. This falls under the realm of internal optimization, which is the job of an optimizer. Some optimizers may charge an additional fee for this service.

To address your question, one option is to request the text in HTML format, but be aware that there may be issues with tags. It's important to check the SEO knowledge level of the writers you are working with.

In my experience, the process typically involves receiving a list of keywords and desired number of occurrences, writing the text while including these keywords, and either sending it in HTML format or organizing it into separate folders with specifications.

However, misunderstandings can often cause complications in the process. Clear communication and understanding of responsibilities can help prevent these issues.

Hello,

Before we begin, it's important to understand the different services that are provided for text creation. The most common classifications include rewriting, copywriting, and SEO copyright.

If you specifically requested "SEO texts", this typically refers to content that includes everything at once, such as tags and keyword percentages. However, if you're just looking for standard copywriting, there won't be any tags or keyword counts involved.

When it comes to ordering text, it depends on your level of expertise. If you're an optimizer and have experience with markup, you can order copywriting and add tags before publishing. However, if you're a webmaster without much experience, it's best to order text with tags included.

As for which tags to use, recommended options include h1-h2+, strong, meta keywords and description, and title. It's important to keep these in mind when ordering text to ensure that your content is optimized properly.

Popandopulos, hi.
There is no need to require in the terms of reference to highlight tags and other things. The copywriter does not know the characteristics of your site.
Order content with the keys.
A tag insert later, after writing.

Thank you all!  :)
All clear and understandable, I agree. Everyone let them do their job. Copywriters write normal readable texts for people, optimizers optimize written texts.
I am working on a technical task.
Would be very grateful for the sent sample terms of reference on the subject.  ;)

To ensure that the text meets the customer's expectations, it's important to provide the copywriter with a clear and accurate brief that takes into account the subject matter, the number of occurrences, and the requirements of search engines.

Here's a checklist for creating optimized texts:

1. Idea: Determine the topic using site reviews, comments, user requests, etc.
2. Keyword analysis: Check the quality of keyword occurrences using special services.
3. Structure: Organize the text into paragraphs, lists, and subheadings.
4. Linking: Provide transitions to other sections of the site without cluttering the text with an abundance of links.
5. Size: The optimal article size is from 1500-2000 characters, while product cards are often limited to 700-1000 characters.
6. Reducing spam: Dilute speech and use synonyms to improve readability and prevent spam. Reducing spam levels by even 3-6% can improve search result rankings.
7. Uniqueness: Depending on the verification service, the text should be at least 90-95% unique.

Once the text is completed, it can be published on the website and evaluated based on factors such as the number of visitors, sources of traffic, and user interaction. Compiling SEO texts offers various benefits, including higher search rankings, increased traffic, valuable information for customers, and increased profits.

Overall, creating optimized texts requires attention to detail and thorough planning.

Dear. Solving the problem of proper SEO text should be addressed from two sides. We have already written about the side of authors and copywriting. I want to note the other side - the side of the customer. First of all, you need a clear understanding of the customer what SEO texts are, how it works. SEO text should be properly structured, I'm not talking about uniqueness, usefulness. The customer must determine the keywords that search engines will use. And this is the main problem for the technical task, in my opinion. The customer needs to keep competitors in mind and monitor their SEO texts.

Sometimes the most talented work of a copywriter is spoiled by an illiterate technical task.
