They use the same equipment, are located in the same place. The prices are the same.
Xelent, however, has more licenses.
Is there a real difference in maintenance?
We decided to abandon the services of Xelent. We wrote to the support service and asked to close the contract and return the rest of the unspent money - we are talking about $100, the amount is small but ours. A long correspondence led to nothing. The money has not been returned. A pre-trial claim has been written and sent. This is probably the first time I've seen such cretinism and disregard for customers in the IT field. Disgusting company!
