Around 400 out of 635 pages receive at least minimal traffic, posing another problem. These articles are of low quality. The question is whether to delete them or rewrite them.

If an article is indexed, it should be rewritten unequivocally. If not, deletion is always an option that can be done later. It's best to allocate time for rewriting only a few articles at a time to ensure high quality and monitor the results. If the strategy proves successful, it can be repeated with the remaining articles.

In terms of additional thoughts, it's important to prioritize quality over quantity when it comes to content creation and optimization. A few well-written and relevant articles that are properly optimized can bring more value than numerous low-quality ones that readers won't find useful or engaging. Additionally, regularly reviewing and updating old content is essential in maintaining a website's relevance and authority in search engines.

You can bust a gut this way. Rewrite or a new site, or delete - probably have to look at the profit, whether it will, and from there already dance around.

Although rewriting may seem like a solution, it's not a guarantee that the content will improve. Personal experience with this option failed to yield significant results, even after trying different services for assistance. Perhaps a different approach, such as increasing the website's trust and authority, would be more effective. While the topic may have lost some popularity over the years, it's still worth exploring as a potential avenue for improvement.

Rewrite 100 articles, a couple of months will see whether to continue or not. At the moment, the traffic - 600 unicons a day. I will let you know the results.

Let's try to rewrite 50 pages of them and see how the traffic changes. If it doesn't improve, then it's probably worth deleting all 400, and if it improves, then rewrite them all.

Deleting a significant number of articles can negatively impact a website's search engine rankings. As someone who has engaged in optimization and promotion without relying on external reference links, I've studied the influence of articles on site ranking and reached a clear conclusion. Changing or deleting articles on a website page typically results in a decrease in visibility and a drop in search output.

If the changes or deletions are minor, it's possible to quickly regain previous positions in search rankings. However, deleting all content and writing new articles will likely result in a prolonged decline and recovery period.

One thing to keep in mind is that search engine algorithms are constantly evolving, and what may have worked in the past may not be effective today. Therefore, it's important to constantly iterate and adapt content strategies to stay ahead of the competition and maintain visibility in search results. Additionally, monitoring and analyzing traffic and engagement metrics can help identify areas for improvement and inform content creation efforts.

When considering whether to delete or rewrite low-quality articles, there are a few factors to consider. First, assess the potential value of the articles when improved. Are they on topics that are still relevant and important? If so, rewriting them may be worthwhile. However, if they are outdated or no longer useful, deletion may be the better option.

Additionally, consider the amount of effort required for each option. Rewriting articles can be time-consuming, but it may save valuable content while improving its quality. On the other hand, deleting the articles can free up space and reduce clutter, but it may result in the loss of potential traffic.

It might be helpful to prioritize your resources based on the impact these articles may have on your website's overall quality and user experience. Additionally, you could consult with your team or gather feedback from your audience to inform your decision-making process.

factors to consider when deciding whether to delete or rewrite low-quality articles:

1. Traffic Potential: Analyze the potential for increased traffic and engagement if the articles were rewritten. Would the effort put into improving them result in a significant boost in readership? Consider the potential return on investment for both options.

2. Brand Reputation: Assess how deleting or rewriting the articles may impact your brand's reputation. If the low-quality articles reflect poorly on your website, rewriting them could help maintain a positive image. However, if they are beyond salvageable or deleting them wouldn't harm your reputation, deletion may be the better choice.

3. Resource Allocation: Evaluate the resources available to you. Rewriting articles can require significant time and effort, including research, writing, and editing. If you have limited resources or there are higher-priority tasks, deletion might be a more efficient use of your resources.

4. SEO Considerations: Determine the impact on your website's search engine optimization (SEO). Deleting low-quality articles might clean up your site and improve overall SEO. However, if the articles have valuable backlinks or contribute to your site's ranking, consider redirecting them to relevant, higher-quality content instead of deleting them outright.
