Non-blocking site

I don't know if a similar question has been asked before, as I am not aware of other forums at the moment due to my poor searching skills. However, I have decided to create an аdult website (not pоrnographic!) in a country where website blocking is prevalent. As a result, I anticipate being added to the blocked list and losing traffic from potential viewers.

My goal now is to find a solution that will ensure my website remains accessible even after being added to the blocked list. Unfortunately, recommending the TOR or I2P network is not practical since it requires extra effort on the part of visitors.

I did come across a BitTorrent-based PeerCDN website, but this may not be the answer since visitors won't be staying for extended periods of time.

What alternatives would you suggest?

In my opinion, the most effective approach is to consistently rank in the top three search results for target keywords, while also frequently changing domain names in the event of a blockage. This will help maintain a stable audience and circumvent restrictions.

Another idea is to implement BitTorrent-like practices, but currently, many people simply install plugins to bypass blocks without much trouble.

Additionally, another solution could be to redirect the focus of your target audience to a region that is not subject to censorship, thus avoiding potential blocks altogether.
