   (Optional) American Express at 3.5% per transaction – they determine their own percentage.

2. Split plan
   Debit Cards at 1.99% per transaction
   Credit Cards at 2.39% per transaction
   (Optional) American Express at 3.5% per transaction – they determine their own percentage.

If you are conducting online orders, you will need a gateway, and we use Authorize.net for this purpose.

We are offering to waive the $99 setup fee, and the monthly gateway fee stands at $10.00.

Additionally, there is a support/statement fee of $7.95 per month.
