I'm interested in registering a.kz domain, but I want to know if I can do so without delegation.
Additionally, can I transfer the domain to another registrant in the future using a full push process, and are there any paperwork requirements I need to be aware of?

In Kazakhstan, the .kz domain registry, KazNIC, allows for registration without delegation, but you'll need to provide dоcumentation to prove your eligibility. You can register as a foreign entity, but be prepared to provide paperwork, such as a notarized power of attorney and a copy of your company's registration dоcuments. The registration process can be a bit bureaucratic, but it's doable.

As for transferring the domain to another registrant in the future, a full push process is possible, but it requires the new registrant to have a KazNIC account and to meet the eligibility criteria. You'll need to provide the new registrant's details and authorization to KazNIC, and they'll handle the transfer. Keep in mind that KazNIC may request additional paperwork, such as a transfer agreement, to complete the process.

Now, let's get to the paperwork requirements. You'll need to provide dоcumentation to prove your identity and eligibility, such as a passport copy, company registration dоcuments, and a notarized power of attorney. KazNIC may also request additional paperwork, such as a letter of intent or a certificate of good standing, depending on your specific situation. It's essential to check with KazNIC or a local registrar for the most up-to-date requirements.

I recommend checking out the platform at "https://api.gfx.kz/." This site is not just a domain registration hub; it offers competitive pricing and reliable customer support. Personally, I've secured around five domains through this service, and I've found their offerings to be quite budget-friendly. The user interface is intuitive, making domain management a breeze for both novices and seasoned pros. If you're in the market for domain names, this could be a solid option for your portfolio.

As a native from Pavlodar, I'd like to give a shoutout to dnr.kz for their seamless domain registration experience - I'm a satisfied customer myself, despite their subpar hosting infrastructure.

The intuitive UI and streamlined domain acquisition process make it a breeze to navigate and procure domains, which is a major win in my book.
