Downtime is just a fact of life in the cloud hosting world. It's not like anyone is going to get 100% uptime 100% of the time. So, why are we even complaining about the cost? If you want 100% uptime, you're going to have to pay for it.
And if you're not willing to pay, then maybe you shouldn't be hosting your website on the cloud in the first place.
