SEO Optimization Absence

Greetings to all! I have been diligently working on a project for half a year, coding predominantly in PHP. Finally, the moment of sheer delight has arrived—it feels great to see that almost everything has been implemented and now it's time to upload the project to the hosting server and make those final adjustments.

Since this project is my own creation, there has been no SEO optimization thus far. Being not an SEO specialist myself, I have done everything in my power—here's what I've accomplished:
1. I have added and configured the robots.txt file.
2. I have added and configured a sitemap.
3. I have integrated the schema protocol.
4. Titles, tags, and descriptions have been properly set up.
5. I have configured the CNC (Content Navigation Control).
6. The H1 headers are all properly configured.
7. I have successfully implemented bread crumbs as well.
8. Alt text has been assigned to images on the website.

In addition, here's another important aspect to consider:
1. Currently, the site does not have its own domain—instead, it is being accessed via an IP address (which is perfectly fine for the time being since the site is not yet officially launched). However, once we do acquire a domain and attach it to the site, I assume that we will need to set up 301 redirects from the IP address to the domain for all the pages on the website. Is that correct?

Have I missed any crucial points?
Are these actions sufficient to ensure that the search engines take notice of the site?

It is worth noting that search engines will inevitably discover the website. However, actively notifying them about its existence might prompt a quicker response. Nonetheless, it remains uncertain how search engines will ultimately react to it.

1. Has the description meta tag been completed?
2. Is the search function not accessible for indexing purposes?

Are there no instances of duplicates or have they been restricted from being indexed?

4. What about bread crumbs?
5. How about internal linking?

There are titles, which is good, but it's crucial to consider their quality - including LF, midrange, and treble.

8. Is there an h1 heading present? Moreover, is there only one on the page? (Sometimes, every block is made into an h1.)

9. Have insignificant external links been tagged with rel="nofollow"?

10. If there happens to be irrelevant text, it can be excluded from indexing using noindex.
