Thanks, that's a good point. I agree that scalability and reliable hardware are especially important because replacing network equipment again too soon can end up costing more than planning for future growth from the start.

For a growing business, it helps to consider uplink capacity, PoE requirements, VLAN support, and whether the switching infrastructure can handle additional access points, cameras, or other devices later.

I also think it is worth checking compatibility with the existing router and access points before replacing switches. A slightly more capable setup can sometimes make future expansion much easier without requiring another hardware upgrade soon.
