Comparing servers from host4pоrn.com or hostsailor.com, which way is better to sign up with and why?

Give vote for HostSailor.com servers. They have two locations: Romania, Netherlands.
Have to rely on their tech support to set up certain settings, but they are very willing to do so, and they do it promptly upon request.
