Do you stay current with developments in the field of domaining? Are you keeping yourself informed through resources such as blogs, websites, podcasts, and courses?

As your product gains market acceptance and sales stabilize, how will the domaining industry evolve? Will you need to adapt significantly once you've reached a certain level, or will your work become too routine?

In my opinion, staying up to date in any field is crucial for continued success and growth. While achieving stable sales may offer some degree of comfort, it's important to keep an eye on industry trends and adjust accordingly to stay ahead of the curve. Otherwise, becoming complacent could lead to missed opportunities and eventual stagnation.

At the start of the year, I came across Farhad Huseynov's domaining course which served as my introduction to the field.
Despite negative feedback from experts, I hadn't come across anything else and couldn't find information elsewhere, even from acquaintances in Internet marketing. This sparked my interest in the subject.

It's informative when customers make requests but aren't able to follow through themselves, leaving us responsible for addressing their issues with "higher authorities." Through these interactions with clients, technical support, sellers, buyers, notaries, and lawyers, we gain practical experience and knowledge. After a couple of years, we become familiar with domains: how they're selected, registered, renewed, and transferred. We encounter various situations such as missed domain renewals, domain purchases, legal issues, and communication with foreign parties - all contributing to our overall experience in the field.

In my opinion, the importance of practical experience cannot be overstated in developing one's expertise. It's crucial to supplement theoretical knowledge with real-life scenarios to ensure success and growth in any field.

Acquiring every domain name at once isn't necessary as selling them all quickly isn't feasible. Additionally, annual registration fees add up and you risk losses if a domain is refused.

Buying names in lesser-known or uncommon zones isn't recommended. Instead, prioritize well-known ones such as "com," "org," "net" or "xyz." This increases the likelihood of selling them.

Novice domaining enthusiasts should avoid purchasing names similar to existing brands or trademarks. It's best to start earning legitimately rather than resorting to cybersquatting.

When selecting a domain name, consider the following guidelines: opt for a short name, use an original, popular, memorable word, and choose a more popular top-level domain (TLD) for greater value.

In addition to these guidelines, I believe research and staying informed on industry trends is crucial for selecting valuable domains. Consider market demand and niche topics to increase the odds of success in domaining.
