Their European team handles US inquiries, which means that people in the US have to wake up early to reach them on the phone. Additionally, they are unavailable on Fridays.
Even if you manage to wake up early to contact them, they will not transfer you to their payment verification or transfer team. Furthermore, it is impossible to get in touch with team members who can genuinely help with transferring your domain via live chat or email.
Overall, the combined issues of high fees and incompetent support make for an extremely frustrating experience when dealing with Dan's support team.
