Four days ago, I acquired a domain name and soon after received an email stating that I had signed up for Ascio. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any login credentials or information about the website.

I've tried searching for my domain name on all of Ascio's partners, including Ascio and Network Solutions, but to no avail. The whois registry indicates that I am indeed registered with Ascio, but despite my attempts to reset my password using email, I still haven't received any information.

What kind of auction are you referring to? Is it a private seller, expiring or reduced auction? Also, is your information available in the whois registry?

I had a similar situation happen to me. Namejet informed me that my domain was registered with ASCIO, but later on I discovered that it was actually registered with Easy.uk instead.

I successfully pre-ordered a vacated domain through Snapnames and the payment went through. However, I haven't received any emails from the registrar yet. Snapnames is transferring the domain to Network Solutions, where I previously pre-ordered a domain without issue two years ago. Although I have a Network Solutions account already set up, it's empty at the moment. Upon checking the domain whois, everything seems to be in order as my data is listed there. I contacted Snapnames about this and their response was that the domain is now under a Network Solutions account.

I tried resetting my password using the email on file but unfortunately, I'm unable to receive any emails from them through my Yandex account. I'm worried that they might create another account for me since I already have an existing one. Despite messaging customer support for 3 days, they seem to be unresponsive and are unable to understand my situation. They also mentioned sending the password reset to the address on file, but I'm not sure which file they're referring to.
