I recently started using Catched.com and made some selections there. However, I received an email from them today stating that the name I had backordered already had multiple backorders, so it will now go up for auction. Now, I'm currently on Catched.com trying to locate the auction for that particular name. When I navigate to the Backorders section, I can see the name listed, but there is no clickable option available. On the other hand, when I check the auctions section, I'm unable to search for the name directly. Nonetheless, I did notice a filtering option for auctions with bids from me. I gave it a try, but nothing appeared, even though my backorder does place an initial bid on the name.

If there's anyone who uses Catched.com and can provide assistance, could you please let me know where I can find the auction page? I want to be able to follow and continue bidding on the name.

I did attempt to contact their support via email, but unfortunately, the chat message window is not functioning properly. Additionally, I previously sent them a question on another matter, but they never responded to me.

First, since you mentioned that the chat message window is not functioning properly, you could try reaching out to their customer support through a different channel. Look for alternative contact options such as a phone number or social media accounts. It's possible that they may be more responsive through these channels.

If you're unable to locate the auction page for the specific name you're interested in, I would recommend double-checking the website's navigation and menu options. Sometimes, certain pages or features may be nested within other sections. Take your time to explore different sections of the website thoroughly to ensure you haven't missed anything.

additional suggestions that may help:

1. Double-check your email: Carefully review the email you received from Catched.com regarding the auction. It might contain specific instructions or links to access the auction page.

2. Explore the website further: Continue navigating through different sections of the website, including the backorders and auctions areas, to see if you can find any clickable options or links related to the name you're interested in. Look for any dropdown menus or search bars that could assist you in locating the auction page.

3. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, browser cache issues can interfere with the proper functioning of a website. Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page to see if that resolves any display or functionality problems.

4. Reach out to other users: Consider seeking assistance from other users who have used Catched.com. You can explore domain-related forums, social media groups, or online communities dedicated to domain investors or Catched.com users. They might be able to offer insights or share their experiences on finding and participating in auctions on the platform.

5. Persist with customer support: Keep trying to contact Catched.com's customer support team through various channels if you haven't received a response yet. Patience and persistence can sometimes pay off when seeking resolution to technical issues or inquiries.
