Seeking Resolution for Blocked Domain

Dealing with this issue .. Four months back, I bought a domain in the .space zone through a registrar. A month later, I received a letter from the registrar stating that my domain had been flagged for spam by the owner of the domain zone, and as a result, it was blocked. I checked the domain in the database mentioned and it showed that everything was clean.

I reached out to the registrar, but they insisted that I should contact the owner of the domain zone myself to resolve the issue. They provided me with the contact information http://radix.website/contact-us.php.

For an entire month, I attempted to reach out, but received no response. I tried emailing different addresses such as contact@radixregistry.com, manager@radixregistry.com, and info@radixregistry.com, but to no avail. Surprisingly, I managed to get a response from the contacts of another domain zone after two hours, but they also stated that they were not responsible and suggested that only the owner of the domain zone could help.

As a result, three months have passed since my domain was blocked, and I seem to be at a dead end.

Is there any other recourse available? Additionally, I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to proceed in this situation.

I can offer you some suggestions on how to proceed in this situation:

1. Double-check the registrar's policies: Review the terms and conditions of the registrar you purchased the domain through. Look for any specific terms related to domain blocks or spam flags. It might provide insights into your options or potential recourse.

2. Escalate your issue with the registrar: If you haven't already, consider reaching out to the customer support or escalation department of the registrar. Explain the situation again and ask for stronger assistance or guidance. They may have additional avenues of support that they can provide.

3. Seek legal advice: If you've exhausted all options with the registrar and domain zone owner, you can consult with a lawyer who specializes in domain name disputes or internet law. They can advise you on potential legal recourse or how to address the issue formally.

4. Transfer your domain to another registrar: If you don't make any progress with the current registrar, you may consider transferring your domain to a different registrar. Research reputable registrars that support the .space domain and initiate a transfer. This can provide you with a fresh start and potentially resolve the block issue.

5. File a complaint with ICANN: ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) is the organization responsible for managing domain name systems. You can submit a complaint to ICANN if you believe your domain has been wrongly blocked or flagged.

Remember to keep all dоcumentation and communication records related to your attempts to resolve the issue. Providing a clear timeline of your efforts can be valuable if you need to escalate the matter further.

Perhaps you are the owner of the domain travka.SPACE, and it seems like someone is trying to seize it from you.

Domain Status: pendingDelete

I'm not an expert in this field, but it seems like this status indicates that the domain is about to be deleted and may become available for re-registration in a few days.

Having patience is essential in this situation. It can be beneficial to send a written claim to the registrar and receive a response from them. Then, it's important to assess the situation. Remember, your contract is with the registrar, not with the registry. Allow them to handle the matter instead of getting involved in virtual disputes.

Sometimes, taking a step back and allowing the other party to address the issue can lead to a more satisfactory resolution. It's also a good idea to keep dоcumentation of all communication with the registrar for future reference.

A registrar should be your ally, not a roadblock. Their response is a cop-out, leaving you in limbo.
It's astonishing that they expect you to chase down the zone owner when they're the ones who should be facilitating communication. Have you considered making noise in public forums or even reaching out to tech journalists? Sometimes, public pressure can force these companies to take action.
