The new "My Account" section introduced by Sedo last month did not work as expected.



 They lost important account information and settings, which resulted in an error where a VAT tax was charged on their 20% fee for selling a domain through SedoMLS-Network. It was discovered that the VAT number stored in the account for over 13 years was missing after receiving notification of the revamp.

Other settings like the "minimum payout for domain parking" and "pay up to USD/EUR by Paypal, otherwise by wire" were also difficult to locate. The user contacted customer support about the money owed, but after 7 days, they didn't receive any response, leading them to believe that Sedo prioritizes forums over customer support tickets.
