Squarespace Inc. (NYSE: SQSP) has announced that it will acquire the assets associated with the Google Domains business, which will be winding down following a transition period.



This deal includes about 10 million domains spread across millions of customers hosted on Google Domains. The acquisition is expected to close in Q3 2023 and is subject to certain regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
