Hello,

I'm interested in assisting Squadhelp with some design and development work for wlm. Could you please guide me on how to proceed? I've submitted my suggestions through the support chat, but I'm uncertain if they've reached the tech team.

Due to forum restrictions, I cannot upload any images.

I'm currently using the Professional theme. Here are some design and UI issues I've noticed:

- Links in the top menu are non-functional on mobile devices (Home, Names for Sale, Read Blog).
- The featured categories in the footer redirect to the complete domain list instead of a specific category.
- The black font for categories on a blue footer background is difficult to read.
- The design of the search button in the main banner needs an update.
- The "VIEW ALL NAMES" button on the homepage should match the updated color scheme used on the landing page, which looks good.

I have a few recommendations:

- Allow me to insert Google ads code in the footer for my wlm.
- Enable traffic redirection from a parked domain to the wlm domain without the www. prefix.
- Direct users to the SH site for premium listings, while standard listings should direct to wlm.
- Incorporate bitcoin withdrawal options and increase sold fees to 20%.

Although I haven't sold any domains through SH yet, I believe wlm serves as an excellent platform for showcasing.

Thanks for your attention.

Now would be a perfect time to launch your own registrar service and allow customers to utilize their account balances from sold domains to register and buy premium domains on SH.

First, let's tackle the issues you've identified:

1. Non-functional Links in the Top Menu on Mobile Devices: This is a critical issue, as mobile usability is vital in today's web environment. I recommend testing the menu functionality across different devices and browsers to identify any specific errors. Once identified, we may need to review the CSS and JavaScript responsible for the mobile navigation to ensure it is functioning correctly.

2. Footer Feature Category Redirection: The fact that these links redirect to a complete domain list rather than specific categories is a usability issue that should be addressed promptly. I suggest reviewing the database connections related to the footer links to ensure they pull the correct category data.

3. Font Contrast in the Footer: The readability of your content is a fundamental aspect of UI/UX design. I would recommend adjusting the color scheme, possibly opting for a lighter font color or incorporating a slightly darker blue for the footer background to enhance contrast.

4. Search Button Design: The search button's design can significantly impact user experience. I suggest creating a more visually appealing and modern search button, possibly incorporating rounded edges or a gradient that aligns with the updated color scheme of your site.

5. "VIEW ALL NAMES" Button: Consistency in design is crucial for branding. I recommend ensuring that all buttons across your website have a uniform style, so they match the enhanced aesthetics of your landing page.

Now, regarding your recommendations:

- Google Ads Code in the Footer: Integrating ads can be a helpful way to monetize your platform. I recommend ensuring the footer's design accommodates this integration without disrupting the user experience. This may involve the use of a widget area or a custom HTML block.

- Traffic Redirection: Setting up correct domain redirect rules in your domain management can streamline user access. I'd recommend configuring a 301 redirect from the parked domain URL to the WLM domain to address this issue.

- User Direction for Listings: To facilitate premium listings, you can consider creating a script that checks the listing type and routes users accordingly. It could enhance user experience by directing users to the correct platform for different listing categories.

- Bitcoin Withdrawal Options and Fee Increase: Offering diverse payment options is a great way to attract more users. Just ensure compliance with payment processing regulations. Increasing the sold fees may be controversial, so it's crucial to communicate the benefits this might bring to the users, such as improved platform features or services.

Lastly, the idea of launching a registrar service to utilize account balances for domain registrations on the Squadhelp platform is intriguing. This may require a larger discussion on the services provided and how they could be integrated smoothly into the existing user experience.

I suggest keeping an open line of communication with the support team. If you haven't heard back about your suggestions, consider following up directly via email or support ticket to ensure your feedback is reaching the appropriate team. Thank you for your input; it's through user feedback like yours that platforms can improve and meet the needs of their users.
