Hello,

I am searching to rent out a few of my domain names. Which sites provide the top services as domain brokers for leasing? Ideally, I want to transfer my domains and have them either rented by customers or earning money through click ads. I'm open to any suggestions and the best advices.

This is only for lease to rent. No lease to purchase.

One of the top services is Sedo. They have a dedicated marketplace for domain leasing, and their platform is user-friendly. You can list your domains for lease and set your terms. They also provide options for parking your domains, which means you can earn money through click ads while you wait for a renter to come along.

Another great option is DomainAgents. This site focuses on facilitating negotiations between domain owners and potential renters. You can set your asking price and negotiate directly with interested parties. They also provide a secure environment for transactions, which is a big plus.

Then there's Afternic. While they are primarily known for sales, they also have leasing options. You can list your domains and get exposure to a large audience of potential renters. They also have a parking service to earn ad revenue, which is beneficial if your domains have traffic.

Flippa is another platform worth considering. It's more geared towards buying and selling, but you can also list your domains for lease. The community there is quite active, and you might find interested renters looking for short-term or long-term leases.

If you're looking for a more hands-off approach, you might want to consider a service like Uniregistry. They offer domain leasing options and have a parking service that can help you generate income through ads. Their interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage your listings.
Don't forget about social media and forums. Sometimes, simply advertising your domains for lease on platforms like LinkedIn or specialized forums can yield good results. Networking with other domainers can also lead to potential leasing opportunities.
