I have more than 50 domain names parked on Sedo, but without success. Perhaps Bodis would be a better option? Is it possible to sell a parked domain?

If your intention is to sell domain names, I would suggest sticking with Sedo. However, if your aim is to generate income through parking, it might be worth considering a switch to Bodis. It is important to note that Sedo is not ineffective for parking, so it would be unfair to expect Bodis to outperform without any tangible outcomes.

Having over 50 domain names parked on Sedo and not seeing much success can be frustrating. Sedo is a popular choice, but it's not always the best platform for everyone.
About Bodis—yes, it's definitly worth giving a shot. Bodis is known for its user-friendly interface and better monetization options for domain parking compared to some other platforms. The revenue you earn from parked domains largely depends on the traffic and the ads shown, and Bodis often provides a better click-through rate (CTR) and cost-per-click (CPC) than Sedo. Plus, Bodis allows you to customize landing pages to some extent, which can sometimes increase the chances of someone clicking on the ads or even making an offer to buy the domain.

Now, regarding selling a parked domain—absolutely, it's possible! Actually, a lot of people do that. When you park a domain, you're essentially putting it on display for potential buyers. A parked domain page often has ads and a message that the domain is for sale. If someone is interested in the domain, they can make an offer or buy it outright if you have a set price listed. The key is to make sure that the landing page is appealing and clearly states that the domain is available for purchase.

However, keep in mind that simply parking a domain and waiting isn't usually enough. It's essential to drive some traffic to these domains or at least ensure they have some inherent value—like being short, memorable, or keyword-rich. High-value domains tend to attract more attention and sell faster. Also, make sure your domains are listed on multiple marketplaces—don't just rely on Sedo or Bodis. Consider using Afternic, GoDaddy Auctions, or even niche forums where domain buyers hang out.

Another thing to think about is the quality of your domains. Not all domain names are equal in terms of value or desirability. You might have to reevaluate your portfolio and see if there are domains that just aren't as valuable as you initially thought. Sometimes it's worth dropping low-quality domains to focus on better ones.
Bodis could indeed be a better option for you, but selling parked domains requires some strategy beyond just parking them. You have to be active in marketing them, possibly engaging in domain auctions, and ensuring your domains have value.
