Hey guys, is there any spots right now where domains can be parked and have a feedback form? It would be great if it's free of charge.
 Appreciate it!

You can look at platforms like WordPress.com. They allow you to create a simple site for your domain, and you can easily add a feedback form using plugins or built-in features. While WordPress itself isn't exactly a traditional domain parking service, many users take advantage of its flexibility to park domains and also gather feedback.

Another option is Google Sites. This is a free web page creation tool offered by Google. You can park your domain there and incorporate a feedback form using Google Forms, which seamlessly integrates. The downside is that it may not have the most advanced customization options, but for simple needs, it does the job.

If you're looking for a more dedicated domain parking service, platforms like Sedo or GoDaddy provide domain parking solutions where you can set up a basic webpage. However, they might not have specific feedback forms built in, but you can often integrate external forms like the ones from JotForm or Wufoo.

Also, consider using a content management system like Joomla or Wix. Both of these allow you to create a simple site and add a feedback form through included apps or extensions. They're more geared towards creating websites, but you can use them for parking with a form if needed.
Some hosting providers offer free trials or plans, like InfinityFree or 000webhost, where you could park your domain and set up a feedback form with PHP or HTML forms. Just make sure to check the terms because some could have limitations.

how many domains you own? I can set one up for you on the park for no cost for the whole year.

you could include a link pointing to the feedback form from the registrar's site on the page that doesn't have a feedback form. Or you can create some redirect towards that form, making it easier for your users to reach out. This enhances user experience, which is crucial for any site.

One common inquiry is whether parking a domain could get the search engines' licenses violated and if there are any penalties associated with using such service.

Generally, parking pages are set up in a way that search engine bots are not allowed to index them, due to the guidelines outlined in robots.txt file. Therefore, it would be difficult to claim there's any infringement of search engines' licenses because parked domains can't just modify this file. It's also important to keep in mind that maintaining compliance with search engine rules is crucial for online visibility.
