Looking for support from z.com

I registered a domain name 2 months ago, but yesterday I discovered that it had disappeared from my account. I checked the name and it's still on z.com, so it seems that the name has been moved to another z.com account. How is this possible?

I only have 1 z.com account, so it seems like it has been stolen. Strangely, I never received an email notification about this. I really need to call customer support and find out what's going on, but I can't seem to find their contact number on z.com.

Yesterday, I created an instant support request, but I still haven't received any response. I'm not sure if I'll ever get an answer. If not, what should I do? Has anyone else experienced something like this before?

By the way, I was initially drawn to using z.com because it only costs $5 per name, and now I have 67 names registered there. However, there have been no new registrations, and it looks like I'll be out in 60 days.

I can provide some general guidance on what you can do in this situation:

1. Double-check your account: Make sure you are logging into the correct z.com account and that you haven't accidentally created multiple accounts.

2. Contact customer support: While you mentioned having difficulty finding their contact number, try searching for z.com's customer support or contact information on their website. Look for a "Support" or "Contact Us" section. They should be able to assist you with the issue and provide information about the status of your domain name.

3. Follow up on your support request: If you've already submitted a support request, be patient and wait for a response. Sometimes it can take time for companies to address support inquiries, especially if they are experiencing a high volume of requests. However, if you don't receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, consider reaching out to them again through different channels, such as email or social media.

4. Consider seeking legal advice: If your domain name has indeed been stolen or transferred without your authorization, you may need to consult with a legal professional who specializes in domain name disputes and intellectual property rights. They can advise you on the appropriate steps to take and help you protect your interests.

5. Learn from the experience: While it's unfortunate that this incident occurred, it's essential to evaluate the security measures and reputation of domain registrars before registering multiple domain names with them. Consider researching and selecting a reputable registrar that has a track record of providing reliable customer support and security measures to protect your domain names.

Remember, the specific actions you should take may depend on the policies and procedures of z.com and the laws governing domain name registration in your jurisdiction.

suggestions for you to consider:

1. Double-check your account activity: Take a closer look at your z.com account activity and transaction history to ensure that there haven't been any changes or unauthorized actions made within your account. This can help you gather more evidence to support your case when reaching out to customer support.

2. Conduct a WHOIS lookup: Perform a WHOIS lookup to gather information about the current registration status and ownership of your domain name. This can help you determine if it has indeed been transferred to another account or if there are any other irregularities.

3. Report the issue to relevant authorities: If you strongly believe your domain name has been stolen or you suspect fraudulent activity, consider reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities. This might include your local law enforcement agency, as well as any internet regulatory bodies or domain name dispute resolution services in your country.

4. Seek legal advice if necessary: If the situation becomes more complex or challenging to resolve, you may want to consult with a lawyer who specializes in domain name disputes. They can provide you with guidance on your rights and legal options moving forward.

5. Stay vigilant with your other domain names: While working on resolving the current issue, it's important to remain cautious and monitor the status of your other domain names regularly. Keep an eye out for any unusual activity or changes in ownership, and take necessary steps to protect your assets.
