In India, Namecheap and dynadot have been unblocked by ISPs, enabling access to the domain registrars and associated domains. This decision comes after the Indian government blocked these registrars for non-compliance with regulations.

However, it should be noted that as of now, Dynadot is still inaccessible despite this new development.
