I continue to receive emails from GoDaddy titled "Your Payment Method Isn't Valid," which urges me to update my credit card information or risk losing my auto-renewed names.

The issue is that all of my payment methods (credit cards) on GoDaddy are valid. One card expires in 4 years, another in 3 years, and the third in November.

I even spoke with a GoDaddy representative a few weeks ago regarding this exact problem. They assured me that my payment methods were up to date and advised me not to worry.

However, despite their reassurances, I still receive these bothersome emails.

Furthermore, any emails I send to my account representative go unanswered.

GoDaddy, please do your job properly. I pay over $3K in registration fees alone each year. Resolve this issue and refrain from threatening me with loss of names.

I recommend reaching out to GoDaddy's customer support again and explaining the ongoing problem in detail. Be sure to provide any relevant dоcumentation or conversations you've had with their representatives.
