Do you have any kind of domain management service available?
This service allows you to input your domains and it will automatically determine the end dates through Whois and send notifications if the end is nearing.

Would it be possible to find out who is utilizing what?
You could write this yourself in a couple of days, but perhaps there is already a pre-existing solution available.

I recall utilizing a domain notebook for this purpose, but unfortunately it stopped working a while ago.

If the domain belongs to you, any domain registrar should be able to do this for you. However, if it doesn't, then you might have to come up with your own solution.

It's also important to consider that the "Pending" status can occur at unpredictable times.

It's crucial to have ownership of your domain in order to avoid any complications or difficulties in managing it. Always make sure to keep track of your domain status and take necessary actions when needed to ensure a smooth transition and renewal process.

Whois lookup tools can be incredibly helpful in providing information about domain ownership, expiration dates, and other important details. It's important to utilize trusted and reliable sources for this information to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data.

There are various domain management services available that offer features like domain expiration tracking and Whois data retrieval. Some popular services include GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Google Domains, which provide domain management tools to monitor domain expiration dates and send notifications.

Additionally, there are third-party software and tools that you can use to manage your domain portfolio. For example, domain management platforms like DomainTools and Domain.com offer domain monitoring services, allowing you to track domain registrations and receive alerts for upcoming expirations.

When it comes to identifying domain ownership and usage, Whois lookup tools can provide information about the domain registrant, administrative contact, and other details associated with a domain name. However, GDPR and other privacy regulations have caused limitations on the visibility of domain ownership information in Whois records. Nonetheless, there are specialized services and databases that can help identify domain ownership and usage, such as DomainIQ and WhoisXML API.
