Given the decision to select a domain for a catalog of real estate for sale/rent in the burzhunet, there are two options to consider:

1. A 9-letter keyword followed by .info

2. A 4-letter abracadabra followed by .com

Does the keyword in the domain currently have an impact on SEO or not?

Certainly! Including relevant keywords in a domain can potentially benefit SEO in several ways:

1. Relevance: Keywords in the domain name can signal to search engines what the website is about. For a real estate catalog, a domain like "homesforsale.info" or "burzhunetrealestate.com" could indicate to search engines that the website is focused on real estate listings in the Burzhunet area.

2. Anchor Text: When other websites link to your domain, the anchor text of those links often includes the domain name. Relevant keywords in the domain can help ensure that backlinks include your target keywords, which is a positive signal for search engines.

3. Perceived Authority and Trust: A domain that includes relevant keywords can convey a sense of authority and trust to users who see it in search results. For example, if a user searches for "Burzhunet real estate," a domain containing those keywords may appear more relevant and trustworthy to them.

Search engines also prioritize factors such as high-quality content, user experience, backlinks, and many others. Therefore, while a keyword-rich domain can be beneficial, it's crucial to focus on creating valuable, relevant content and providing a great user experience for visitors to the website. Ultimately, the domain choice should align with the overall branding strategy and user experience goals for the real estate catalog.

The effect is minimal.

And why do you limit yourself to just two choices? Perhaps it's worth exploring other domain zones and names?

I'm not a fan of .info, but it's still an internationally recognized and reasonably large domain zone. Moreover, if we have a strong keyword, the domains will only be available in CC, CO, ME, etc. zones.

I am certain that Google, despite being a search engine, recognizes that not everyone can have a key to success. It's futile to focus solely on domain keys when, in reality, it's the quality of content that matters most. The content is the determining factor, not the domain. If the content is strong, the website will progress naturally, regardless of the domain. However, attempting to revitalize a lifeless website with domain keys, without substantial content, will only result in minimal success.

Moreover, it's always better to have a key rather than meaningless information, even if it's short. This is particularly important for engaging with a Western audience. In the end, the content is king.
