Greetings! Although this may not be the appropriate category, it is freely available, much like what I am seeking. My aim is to transfer my email, which takes up large amounts of space on my current web hosting, to a new host that is preferably free.

It would be necessary for me to be able to host the email with its own domain name, requiring a specific kind of operation (unfamiliar to me in English). Thank you kindly for any assistance or advice you may provide.

Is the email's domain name significant enough to warrant its importance? I suggest avoiding free email services other than Gmail, which is the most dependable one I've come across.

Regardless of whether it's personal or professional, email plays an integral role in communication. Opting for unfamiliar, free email providers can lead to issues with sending and other such problems, given that they are typically offered "as is."

I suggest considering Tutanota.com as an option. It is a free platform that contains no ads and refrains from spying on its users. For a fee of £1 per month, you can even upgrade your account and utilize up to 5 email addresses under your own domain names.

You better spend some time managing your letters on gmail, rather than looking for another service because that's the way you risking your privacy and security. Even paid mail hosts often steal your info

I am looking for a way to move all my mail that occupy lots of space in my webhosting on a different host, free if it possible

Of ocurse i should be able to host there the email with their own domain name, so it woul need to allow this kind of operation(which i don't know how to call it in english)
thanks for input!
Why don't you use the free service from Yandex? I have two domains working this way for about ten years, no complaints. On one of them there are 4 boxes, but on the second - about 20. Here is a guide on the topic, however, in Russian, but with a Google translator, I think it will not be difficult to figure it out.
Other similar services (Zoho, Google, Microsoft Exchange...) are paid. For example, on Zoho for 0.9 euros or 1.13 euros per month, one person can set up corporate mail on their domain, with 5 GB and 10 GB of storage, respectively. To get all the features of the service and increased storage, you need to buy other tariffs worth 3 or 3.6 euros. The pricing page details all the features of each option.

Here are some email service providers to consider:

-ZohoMail allows you to create up to 10 mailboxes, each with a capacity of 6 GB for free. If more than 10 user boxes are needed, then you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan that has additional features.

-FastMail provides a complimentary 30-day email trial period. Following the trial period, continued use of the service requires payment. You can also alter the tariff plan to a paid one at any time during the trial period.

-Pobox is another domain mail provider that offers a 30-day trial period for utilizing its email service.

-Rackspace is an affordable mail hosting option for small businesses that want to achieve a professional look without investing too much money. Premium filtering eliminates spam and malware from your inbox while ensuring complete confidentiality and security of sensitive corporate information.

Hosting your email with its own domain name is typically done through a process called domain email hosting. While I can't recommend specific hosting providers, I can provide some general advice for you.

First, make sure the new hosting provider offers domain email hosting and has the necessary features you require. Check if they support email forwarding, autoresponders, spam filtering, and other features that are important to you.

Next, you'll need to set up the DNS records for your domain to point to the new hosting provider. This involves updating your domain's MX (Mail Exchange) records to ensure emails are delivered to the new host. The specific steps for this will vary depending on your domain registrar and hosting provider.

Once the DNS records are correctly configured, you can create email accounts on the new host using your own domain name. You may need to configure your email client (such as Outlook or Thunderbird) to connect to the new server using the appropriate settings provided by the hosting provider.

It's also essential to backup your emails before initiating the transfer process. Export your emails from your current web hosting provider and save them locally so that you don't lose any important data during the transition.

Remember to thoroughly research and read reviews about different hosting providers to ensure they meet your specific needs. Free hosting plans may have certain limitations and restrictions, so it's crucial to understand those before making a decision.
