Kyle Jenke, business messaging director of partnerships at Meta (the parent company of WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram), highlighted the need for businesses to efficiently manage customer interactions across various platforms. He expressed excitement about working with Wix on their Inbox solution, which integrates with Meta's messaging platforms.

Wix Inbox is a CRM messaging tool that allows users to view and respond to messages from multiple channels, including Wix Chat, email, SMS, and now, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. Users can also initiate chats with site visitors and send attachments, coupons, payment requests, and links to their products and services.
