Flexential, a provider of colocation, cloud, connectivity, and data security services, has updated its Interconnection Mesh solution to include a layer 3 VPN (L3VPN) multipoint service option, allowing any-to-any dynamic connections to customer deployments.



This feature is now available in all 19 markets the company operates in and completes Flexential's U.S. 100Gbps network backbone. It enables access to carriers, cloud providers, and subsea transport options on the FlexAnywhere platform of 39 data centers in 19 markets.

Through the new L3VPN multipoint service option, all client environments are connected via a secure encrypted connection, eliminating the need for customers to manage their own direct connections or hire extra network engineering employees. The feature enables clients to scale their routing architecture while avoiding the difficulty of layer 2 transport connection that can hinder large-scale installations.
