Five9’s AI solutions now available to BT customers

BT has joined forces with Five9 to offer the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform as a managed service to its customers, allowing them to digitize their workplaces fully.



By combining BT's Global Managed Voice platform with Five9's Intelligent CX Platform, customers will have access to an end-to-end managed service, cloud migration expertise, and several Five9 solutions to empower agents working in their contact centers, including digital engagement channels, analytics, workflow automation and optimization, and practical artificial intelligence.

The partnership builds on an existing relationship between BT and Five9, which was announced in November 2021, where BT would serve as Five9's strategic carrier worldwide for voice and network services.
