Rackspace Technology, a global provider of managed hosting, has launched Foundry for Generative AI by Rackspace (FAIR), an initiative aimed at promoting the adoption of generative AI solutions across different sectors.



FAIR utilizes Rackspace's intellectual property and multicloud capabilities to facilitate key features and collaborations that drive open innovation in the AI domain.

One notable aspect of FAIR is the development of AI Private Cloud capabilities, which provide high-performance computing and storage solutions for building advanced AI models in a secure and on-demand setting. In addition, FAIR offers various programs to support customer success, including the Generative AI Ideation Workshop and the Generative AI Incubate program.

Another focus of FAIR is transforming AI solutions into full-fledged products through the Industrialize program, which implements governance, defines metrics, and optimizes the AI model and Distributed Cloud Infrastructure for continuous improvement.

Under the FAIR umbrella, over 100 use cases have been identified across different industries, with unique implementations currently in development. One such implementation is ICE (Intelligent Co-pilot for the Enterprise), which uses AI to automate tasks, identify leads, provide data and analytics, and personalize customer interactions.
