Although occasional speedy replies do occur, it is not reassuring when a highly visited service crashes, as you cannot expect immediate assistance. Sometimes it feels like they respond at the end of the workday, ignore your issues, and only resume solving problems on the next workday. In other words, their support service is not available round the clock.

3) Their "Terms and Conditions" can lead to unexpected charges, as happened in my case. After canceling all my services and discontinuing usage, they continued to bill me for "credit" services for almost two months, insisting that I pay. Despite repeatedly contacting them during those two months to explain that I haven't used their hosting for a long time and requesting an immediate cancellation and refund for at least one month, my efforts were futile. They simply reiterated that I had to pay and even threatened to involve debt collectors. Therefore, I advise caution when dealing with them.

4) If they claim to refund money for unused resources, do not believe it. They either return a minuscule amount or refuse to refund at all (it happened in my case). Moreover, when I contacted their support team to understand the basis for their refusal, they completely ignored my queries while persistently demanding payment for their services. Legally speaking, this could potentially be considered "fraud," but given the small sum involved, it is not worth pursuing further action against them. Personal integrity is important to me, even for small amounts. Unfortunately, Hetzner seems to prioritize their reputation over such matters.

Fortunately, my experiences with other hosting services, including VPS, have been more positive throughout my five years of working with them.
