During WWDC2023, Apple and the Figma developer community collaborated to create official sets of iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 design elements for the graphics platform in order to simplify the process of designing applications.

The Apple design elements for Figma include a comprehensive collection of components ranging from alerts to widgets, along with home screen and lock screen widget templates, notification design templates, tabbed application and parent/child application templates, and a dynamic type diagram with different sizes, as well as built-in iOS system colors, materials, text styles, and brightness effects.

Moreover, Apple plans to release sets of elements for macOS Sonoma, watchOS 10, tvOS 17, and visionOS soon. According to industry experts, this collaboration will be an invaluable source of experience and a helpful tool for designers who no longer need to manually redraw interface elements.
