I've used Timweb for 4 years, but yesterday I called the hotline and expressed my frustration because of the incompetent technical support that couldn't even install an SSL certificate.
Can you suggest a reliable hosting provider where everything functions properly? That's the most crucial aspect to me. Thank you in advance!

I also use their services, like a "middleman trash." I personally add my own certificates and their "native" ones through the control panel, and there are no issues at all. Furthermore, their support is among the best I've encountered with companies in this field. However, this is all subjective, of course.

When selecting a hosting provider, the key is to avoid stumbling upon any "server on the balcony" level hosting. Instead, opt for large companies that have been in the market for such services for a long time; this significantly reduces the likelihood of problems. For instance, companies like Majordomo.

For our own needs, we addressed the issue by renting (and later purchasing) several servers where we host everything we require. It's very convenient to have the server readily available, "your own," and undisturbed by others, etc. Previously, we used VPS until we encountered the problem of certain VPS hosts managing to resell one server 300 times. Consequently, the promised SSD speeds collapsed, causing severe disk subsystem failures, to the point where even copying a small file would take minutes. Dealing with the task of urgently relocating hundreds of VPS'ok somewhere else wasn't exactly enjoyable :) However, if you don't have many websites/projects, I recommend trying VPS, such as the one from IHC. Everything appears to be stable, and you can personally install whatever you need on the server, including certificates and any PHP version, among other things.

I have been a loyal user of TW for over 6 years and have never encountered an unresolved issue.
Honestly, I rarely need to reach out to their support service.

Now let's talk about SSL certificates.
When you acquire an SSL certificate directly from TW, it is seamlessly integrated into the control panel with just two buttons.
However, if you choose to install a third-party certificate, TW's support service is not obligated to assist you. Since it is not their product, they did not develop it, and it is not their responsibility to handle it. They will add it to the control panel, but any related matters are beyond their scope.

In general, I believe that the problem lies not with the hosting provider, but rather with the user.
