Good day,
I'm seeking recommendations for a CRM suitable for a web studio. So far, we've tried Bitrix24 and Jira, but they weren't a good fit for us. Our preference is for a locally installable CRM since there may be situations where an internet connection is unavailable. While cloud services are options, they're not a top priority.

The required functions of the CRM include:
- attachment of dоcument templates
- ability to manage clients (attach contracts, add comments to agreements, store contacts)
- create projects and tasks
- reminders for hosting and domain renewal dates and other relevant information,
- commenting on tasks.

Yesterday, we made a decision to select a CRM for our web studio and tested various pre-built solutions until we discovered a Wordpress module which happened to provide everything we required.

It was priced at $36 per module and allowed limitless employee usage, all of which was available online. Moreover, the module's creator was from the UK. You can find the module at https://codecanyon.net/item/cqpim-wordpress-project-management-plugin/11788321

We utilize amoCRM, which is free for up to 3 users and tailored specifically for our needs without any unnecessary features like intranets, ensuring fast performance.

It's worth noting PTYSH, a system ideal for SEO companies and web studios due to its simplicity and convenience, complete with SEO promotion checklists.

Out of the dozen or so that have been tried, vTiger has left the biggest impression. It's user-friendly, enjoyable to use, and comes with many pre-built modules.

Everything can be customized to suit your specific needs, including the option for minimalism on different sections for various tasks. Additionally, unlike standard ruby Redmine in the industry, vTiger is light and can start up easily on a regular wamp.

I would recommend considering SuiteCRM and vTiger CRM. Both of these CRMs are locally installable and offer a wide range of features that could meet your needs.

SuiteCRM is an open-source CRM platform that is highly customizable, allowing you to tailor it to your specific requirements. It includes features like dоcument attachment, client management, project and task creation, reminders, and task commenting. It also has a large community of users who provide ongoing support and regular updates.

vTiger CRM is another popular choice for small businesses. It offers similar features to SuiteCRM, including dоcument attachment, client management, task and project creation, reminders, and task commenting. vTiger also provides offline access to data, which can be useful when an internet connection is not available.

Both SuiteCRM and vTiger CRM have user-friendly interfaces and offer a range of integrations with other business tools like email clients and project management software. I would recommend exploring the features and capabilities of each CRM and deciding which one aligns best with your specific needs before making a final decision.

Here are a few more CRM options that may suit your needs:

1. Zoho CRM: Zoho CRM offers both cloud-based and on-premises options, allowing you to choose the installation that works best for you. It provides dоcument attachment, client management, project and task creation, reminders, and task commenting features. Zoho CRM is known for its user-friendly interface and integration capabilities.

2. SugarCRM: SugarCRM is a popular CRM solution that offers on-premises deployment options. It provides dоcument attachment, client management, project and task creation, reminders, and task commenting functionalities. With SugarCRM, you can also customize the CRM to fit your specific business processes.

3. Odoo: Odoo is an open-source CRM that can be installed locally. Aside from providing dоcument attachment, client management, and task creation features, Odoo also offers a wide range of other business management tools, such as invoicing, inventory management, and HR solutions. This makes it a comprehensive option if you are looking for an all-in-one platform.

Odoo's dоcument management module allows that. Client management with contracts and contacts: Odoo has CRM and sales modules for that. Projects and tasks: Odoo has project management. Reminders for renewals could be set up with Odoo's calendar or custom modules. Task comments are available in the project module.

SugarCRM also has CRM features, client management, projects, and can integrate with other tools. SuiteCRM is similar. Dolibarr is more ERP, so might have CRM and project modules but could be more complex.
