I'm seeking recommendations for a CRM suitable for a web studio. So far, we've tried Bitrix24 and Jira, but they weren't a good fit for us. Our preference is for a locally installable CRM since there may be situations where an internet connection is unavailable. While cloud services are options, they're not a top priority.

The required functions of the CRM include:
- attachment of dоcument templates
- ability to manage clients (attach contracts, add comments to agreements, store contacts)
- create projects and tasks
- reminders for hosting and domain renewal dates and other relevant information,
- commenting on tasks.

Yesterday, we made a decision to select a CRM for our web studio and tested various pre-built solutions until we discovered a Wordpress module which happened to provide everything we required.

Out of the dozen or so that have been tried, vTiger has left the biggest impression. It's user-friendly, enjoyable to use, and comes with many pre-built modules.

Everything can be customized to suit your specific needs, including the option for minimalism on different sections for various tasks. Additionally, unlike standard ruby Redmine in the industry, vTiger is light and can start up easily on a regular wamp.
