How do Dynamo users balance long work sessions and comfort?

Hi Everyone,
I'm a software developer working with Dynamo and Revit automation. Since COVID, I've been working from home full-time, which means spending many hours at my desk writing and testing scripts. Over time, I've started experiencing back pain, especially if I sit for more than half an hour without a break.

I also came across this article that explains the issue quite well. Since many of us in this community spend long hours in front of the computer solving Dynamo challenges, I'd like to ask: how do you manage this? Do you follow certain routines, use an ergonomic setup, or structure your workflow in a way that helps reduce long sitting sessions?

I'd really appreciate hearing what has worked for you to stay both productive and comfortable while working with Dynamo for extended periods.
Thanks
