Optimal Hosting Options for JS and HTML-Based SPAs

Can you recommend an affordable hosting option for client SPAs that is similar to GitHub Pages but allows for private hosting (with a storage capacity of 50-100 megabytes)?
For a spa website built with JavaScript and HTML only, there is no need for a large amount of storage space, and features like PHP and MySQL databases are unnecessary.
Nowadays, hard drives are inexpensive, and even for multiple spas, 100 megabytes should be sufficient. I'm tired of overpaying for extra storage that I don't need, so I'm looking for a more cost-effective solution.

GitHub Pages would work, but I don't want to make everything public and I don't see the need to pay around $8 for private hosting...
I've also considered CisHost, which offers a tariff of $2 per year. The only concerns I have are their reliability compared to other hosting providers, as well as their lack of response to my support inquiry for the past 4 days. How confident can I be in their service?
What other recommendations can you offer?

One alternative you can consider is Netlify. It provides free hosting for static websites and also supports private hosting options through their paid plans. Their free plan includes 100 GB bandwidth and 300 build minutes per month, which should be more than sufficient for your needs. The paid plans offer even more advanced features and increased resource limits.

Another option to explore is Vercel (formerly Zeit). Their platform is specifically designed for hosting front-end applications, including SPAs. They offer a generous free tier as well as affordable paid plans. With Vercel, you can easily deploy your applications directly from your GitHub repository or by using their command-line tool.

Both Netlify and Vercel are reputable hosting providers known for their reliability, performance, and ease of use. They have strong developer communities and comprehensive dоcumentation, making it easier for you to get started and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
