Could you suggest a suitable billing platform for DirectAdmin?
Have you used Blesta before, and if so, what was your experience with it? Appreciate your input.

I have used Blesta before, and unfortunately, the support was incredibly slow even after I paid for the service. I had been using WHMCS for years, and couldn't imagine there being another billing platform with even slower support (a combination of forum-discord-ticket).

Although this is just my own personal experience, I really did want to support Blesta, but it turned out to be impossible for me to continue using them. I ended up wasting both time and money in my attempt. In my view, they need to improve their support team, as having just one person on tickets and another on Discord is not sufficient.

Several billing platforms have been created for DirectAdmin, such as RootPanel and DAdmin, which share similar features. They offer complete automation for users to purchase hosting and make payments, as well as the ability to order additional services like dedicated IP addresses, domains, and traffic. Administrators can benefit from full integration with the DirectAdmin panel, allowing them to automatically create user accounts, receive funds from various payment systems, manage custom settings, and access complete statistics. The system is compatible with many control panels, domain registrars, and payment systems. It also features multilingualism, an affiliate program, a ticket system, and more.

CustomBuild is a useful application specifically designed for DirectAdmin. It enables automatic installation and updates of server packages like Apache, Autoconf, GD, and Zend Optimizer, as well as certain programs including Roundcube webmail, phpMyAdmin, and UebiMiau webmail.

This billing platform offers a simple, user-friendly control panel combined with billing options (offering dedicated and virtual servers or shared hosting). It provides APIs and mobile device applications for convenient control from smartphones.

Netdedicated Solutions will soon release an open-source billing platform with a key feature: it is not restricted to any specific service types (e.g. domains, hosting, servers, cloud containers). Instead, appropriate server modules are needed (with ISPManager and DirectAdmin currently supported) for full modularity. Naturally, it supports design templates and multilingualism.

The project is close to completion, and the first public version is expected to be released by the end of this month. In the future, there may be tools for migration from other billing platforms.

I use DaDmin billing, I don't see any difference between the Rootpanel, which automatically creates acuants in Directadmin that one is another panel, and as for updating, so judging by the price, DaDmin prices are much lower.
